Contact Centre Advisor/Contact Centre Service Advisor - HOME WORKING

Training will be based for 2 weeks in Dalgety Bay

Contact Centre Advisor/Contact Centre Service Advisor key job requirements

  • Answer and administer inbound and outbound service calls
  • Book accurate service appointments to our live workshop diaries
  • Advise and upsell the additional work required
  • Arrange vehicle collection/deliveries or loan cars
  • Ensure all customer details are accurate and up to date on the DMS
  • Communicate with professional confidence and assurance
  • Deliver the highest levels of service and customer satisfaction

Skills Contact Centre Advisor/Contact Centre Service Advisor will require

  • Excellent keyboard and computer skills
  • Articulate, punctual and ability to organise workload
  • Good organisational and communication skills
  • Able to work as a member of a team

Contact Centre Advisor/Contact Centre Service Advisor required experience

  • Customer focussed related role
  • Previous experience within the Motor Industry is preferred
  • Previous experience in a high-volume dealership is preferred
  • Previously worked in a Reception/Telephone position.
