We are in search of an exceptional Contact Centre Team Leader to join our brand-new Dunfermline office. You'll need to be driven, thrive in high-intensity environments and most of all, be a people person! This team leader role will give you the opportunity to lead by example, motivate and manage a small team and develop your leadership skills.

In this Team Leader role, you will need to be passionate about developing yourself and others – a real advocate of excellent customer experience. You will be a brilliant coach with strong communication skills. You will also have experience of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word & PowerPoint. Leadership experience in a Contact Centre environment is desirable.
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 38hrs working week – between 8.30 and 5.30 Monday to Thursday with a 5pm finish Friday’s
