Contact Centre Team Leader – John Clark Motor Group Dunfermline

We are in search of an exceptional Contact Centre Team Leader to join our brand-new Dunfermline office. You'll need to be driven, thrive in high-intensity environments and most of all, be a people person! This team leader role will give you the opportunity to lead by example, motivate and manage a small team and develop your leadership skills.

Contact Centre Team Leader key job requirements:

  • Achieve agreed levels of calling activity (inbound and outbound) to retain and increase customer loyalty
  • Ensure the inbound/outbound call criteria are always followed through coaching team members
  • Ensure that monthly objectives are met
  • Strive to provide high levels of internal and external customer care and bring to the attention of the Customer Contact Manager any problems that may arise
  • Ensure that the Contact Centre teams update all DMS systems accurately
  • Ensure customer records are accurate and up to date.
  • Always ensure customers are treated with respect and always receive first class service
  • Set clear team goals
  • Delegate tasks and set deadlines
  • Oversee day-to-day operation
  • Monitor team performance and report on metrics
  • Motivate team members
  • Discover training needs and provide coaching

Skills Contact Centre Team Leader will require:

  • Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Good organisational skills
  • Structured, motivated, and organised approach to work

In this Team Leader role, you will need to be passionate about developing yourself and others – a real advocate of excellent customer experience. You will be a brilliant coach with strong communication skills. You will also have experience of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word & PowerPoint. Leadership experience in a Contact Centre environment is desirable.

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 38hrs working week – between 8.30 and 5.30 Monday to Thursday with a 5pm finish Friday’s
