Retention & Mobility Sales Specialist role:
The role will be responsible for contacting customers on our database who have purchased from us previously, in order to create opportunities for repeat business. You will need to be able to develop good rapport with customers over the phone whilst ensuring excellent customers service is given at all times. This is a very rewarding role in the dealership. You will provide an exceptional experience to Motability customers and ensuring that they receive the attention and respect they require to make the right buying decisions. This role leans more towards delivering results and meeting customer expectations than to sales. The role holder will also be responsible for the completion of associated paperwork.
