Pentland Land Rover Edinburgh; part of the John Clark Motor Group, are seeking a professional, forward-thinking Sales Administrator/Vehicle Administrator. This is a fast-paced dealership so to succeed in this role you must thrive in a busy, fun environment, with the ability to prioritise a heavy and ever-changing workload.

Key Job Requirements of Sales Administrator/Vehicle Administrator

  • Taxing new and used cars
  • Invoicing new and used cars and preparing appropriate manufacturer handover packs
  • Bringing new and used cars into stock
  • Setting up warranties for approved and non-approved cars
  • Raising payment requisitions for straight purchases and part exchange settlements
  • Checking updates on new cars
  • Ordering, updating, invoicing and taxing fleet and direct supply deals
  • Helping with FCA audits

 Sales Administrator/Vehicle Administrator skills require

  • Confident personality and articulate
  • Ability to deliver exemplary levels of customer service
  • Excellent organisational skills with an eye for detail
  • Focused, self-motivated
  • Professional, presentable and excellent communication skills

Sales Administrator/Vehicle Administrator required experience

  • Ability to demonstrate strong administrative skills
  • Previous Motor Trade Sales Administrator experience is preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
