Business Manager – Audi Aberdeen

Can you demonstrate a track record of success, out-performing both unit and finance objectives whilst delivering first class customer service? This could be the opportunity for you! John Clark are seeking a professional, target driven Business Manager Audi showroom in Aberdeen. This role will support the Sales Executives in the dealership to offer both new and used car finance plans. In the first instance you will be responsible for driving the sales department bottom line through a hands-on approach with all our customers, helping us achieve our volume and margin aspirations including F&I.

The main purpose of the role is to maximise the dealerships profitability through the sale of Finance and Insurance products to customers who are purchasing a vehicle from the dealership. The sales process must be completed in a manner that is consistent with the John Clark Motor Group high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities as Business Manager/Sales Controller:

  • Responsible for sales of finance, insurance, ancillary and other products as directed to all car purchasers and meet mutually agreed targets
  • Assist the dealership in effectively prospecting for new business.
  • Administer all customer settlement enquiries
  • Maintain an up to date knowledge of all relevant financial, legal and ancillary products. To remain fully up to date with all finance industry legislation, ensuring the business is operating within any laws and guidelines
  • Assist Branch / Sales Manager to lead and manage the Sales Team
  • Assistance with any other task as required

Skills & Experience as Business Manager/Sales Controller:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous experience would be preferred within Business Manager/Sales Controller role
  • Previous experience as sales executive/sales advisor/senior sales executive would be of interest
  • Retail banking experience would also be of interest
  • Results orientated
  • Numeracy skills
  • Smart and presentable
  • Enthusiastic about customer service
  • PC literate
