At John Clark Motor Group, our Parts Apprenticeship is designed to train and develop the next generation of skilled Parts Advisors. You’ll earn while you learn, gain a nationally recognised qualification, and work alongside some of the biggest and best brands in the automotive industry.

What Does a Parts Advisor Do?

As an Apprentice Parts Advisor, you’ll be right at the heart of the action — connecting service teams, sales departments, and customers. Every day is different! You’ll get involved with:

• Receiving, moving, and organising parts and specialist workshop tools
• Managing orders, processing payments, and handling returns
• Keeping track of stock and deliveries
• Creating stunning displays to promote parts and accessories
• Delivering an outstanding customer experience, every single time!

You'll become an expert in understanding the vital role of vehicle parts and how they keep our customers' cars on the road.

• Minimum National 4 qualifications in Maths, English, and another subject (National 5 preferred)
