Are you good with people and have a 'can do' attitude? This could be the opportunity for you! John Clark Bodyshop Dundee are seeking a pro-active, customer focused Bodyshop Advisor. You will have strong customer service skills and will ideally come from a motor trade background.

Key Job Requirements as Bodyshop Advisor:

• Co-ordination of service desk activities for face to face and telephone enquiries.
• Data input and creation of initial job packs.
• Maintaining accurate customer event log.
• Customer contact and updates within specified timescales.
• Oversee check in progress and oversee internal paperwork.
• Prioritise customer follow up calls and maintain a log.
• Invoicing duties.
• Co-ordination of collections and deliveries.

Skills You Will Require as Bodyshop Advisor:

• Confident relationship builder with customers at all levels
• Ability to influence and advise customers on minor technical issues
• Deliver first class service to achieve company objectives and targets
• Self-motivated, articulate and professional

Bodyshop Advisor required Experience

• Previous motor trade experience within Bodyshop/Customer Service is preferable (Service Advisor/Bodyshop Advisor/Customer Service Advisor)
• Customer Service facing experience is essential
• Previous upselling experience preferably over the telephone
