Key Job Requirements for Purchase Ledger Assistant:

• Regular involvement in the bank payment process
• Agreeing Intercompany balances and reconciliations
• Maintaining Purchase Ledger
• Processing Purchase Ledger invoices
• Processing daily bank payments and bank reconciliations
• Processing staff expenses
• Preparing payment runs
• Supplier statement reconciliations

Skills you will require for the Purchase Ledger Assistant role:

• Highly motivated
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Very competent IT skills including excel and word
• Highly organised with ability to time manage

Your Required Experience as Purchase Ledger Assistant:

• Experience of working within a similar role is essential.
• HNC/HND in Accounting would be beneficial.
