What You’ll Be Doing as a Sales Executive:

• Selling success: Achieve targets for new and used vehicles, finance, insurance, and accessories.
• Maximizing Finance & Insurance (F&I) opportunities: Present tailored finance solutions, protection plans, and value-added products to enhance the customer experience.
• Building connections: Engage with customers, understand their needs, and create lasting relationships.
• Following up leads: Proactively contact potential customers to maximize opportunities.
• Sealing the deal: Confidently handle objections and negotiate sales transactions.
• Delivering excellence: Ensure outstanding customer service every step of the way.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in car sales or a similar customer-focused sales role.
• A passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Confidence, motivation, and a hunger to succeed.
• Ability to work as part of a talented, driven team.
