Trade Team Administrator - Hybrid Working

Mon – Friday     9 – 5pm

Are you very well organised, good with people and have a 'can do' attitude? This could be the opportunity for you! John Clark Motor Group are currently looking to recruit a full time Trade Team Administrator to work within the Group Remarketing Services Department.

Key Job Requirements

• Allocating Trade Stock to one of our auction partners on a daily basis, to ensure swift vehicle disposal.
• Communicate with Dealership colleagues to gather paperwork I.E V5's/Service history information to be made available at point of sale.
• Maintain and edit our weekly trade list to ensure an accurate record of the weeks trading position.
• invoicing of sold trade vehicles to help support dealership colleagues when required.
• Build pre sale reports before every auction, to be sent to Manager for reserves to be set.
• Produce remittance reports to send to Dealership colleagues to allow swift invoicing of sold units. 
• Build and send purchase invoices to external private customers.
• Collate relevant paperwork, including HPI reports and arrange transport for vehicle purchases.
• Manage vehicle payments for external purchases.
• Assist with internal vehicle transfers as and when required.

Skills You Will Require

• Good knowledge of Excel.
• Knowledge of Auction procedures would be an advantage.

Your Required Experience

• You should have previous motor trade experience
