John Clark Motor Group are launching their Sales Cadet programme in January 2022 and we are looking to give hardworking, dedicated and enthusiastic people the opportunity to join our brilliant team. It is an incredibly exciting time to be joining as a Sales Trainee within our group, we are the 2nd biggest car company in Scotland, WE are one of the top 20 car companies in the UK, PLUS we are still growing. With 38 businesses across Scotland, we work with BMW/MINI, Jaguar, Land Rover, AUDI, Volkswagen, SEAT & Skoda, Renault and VOLVO to name a few. 2021 has been an extraordinary year for us and we wanted to give people the chance to work within this amazing industry but with the right support and training.
So, we have created……………. A 3-month programme to help you start your career within the automotive industry. This programme combines weekly training, assignments, on the job learning and personal study to help the Sales Trainee develop the key skills, knowledge, and experience to have a successful career within John Clark Motor Group.
What we require from Sales Trainee:
Whilst applications from candidates who are currently working within the motor trade will always be welcome; ultimately, for us, the ability to demonstrate you are passionate and persuasive in your presentation are key to being successful in this role. Therefore, we are also open to receiving applications from those outside the industry with sales experience, great brand awareness or unrivalled customer service experience.
